Fun fact round two: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. let’s talk about….constipation. I struggled with this for YEARS - and I know im not the only one who struggles with it. wanna know the one thing that keeps me regular? are you ready? Salt. I have a couple of rocks of Himalayan pink salt in the morning and im good to go! I also take magnesium before bed which helps a lot too. Make sure your salt isn’t processed though! The salt you get the grocery store that is “iodized” is NOT good for you. Sure, it has iodine but that shit is processed as helllll (please see my last post about processed food…) it’s so unnatural and can cause damage to your body! If you’re worried about iodine, eat seafood like salmon, oysters, and seaweed. Make sure to buy mineral salt (my favorite is Redmond Salt.) Or pink salt. Sea salt is fine I just worry bout the plastics in it so I stay away. Plastic is a topic for another post…lol Another cool fact about salt is it helps with hydration! We’ve been told for sooooo long that the more salt you eat, the more dehydrated you get. While that might be the case with this processed salt mentioned above, it’s not the same for high-quality salt.
