I feel so short of breath and like I need to take constant deep breaths. I feel like something's stuck on my throat and like I can't get all the air that I need The cigarette that I'm smoking doesn't help with my breath problem at all. It only makes my breath worse and more short and shallow. It makes it so hard to take a full deep breath in. Every time I smoke, my breath gets shorter and shorter and I feel like my lungs are filling up with smoke and it's difficult to get all of the smoke out of my lungs. My breath gets so short and shallow and my heart starts beating faster and heavier...💛
