Talking with lawyers and real estate people today and it seems as though there is a good chance I will be able to be a land owner by my birthday later this month ;u; If any of you guys want to help me cover all these fees for hiring people to do it right I swear I will spoil the feed ;u; I am just so fucking EXCITED RIGHT NOW!
