Or is it from overeating every second of the day? 😩 it’s my second week of not working and I’ve been catching up on sleep and self care and foooddddd. To be honest I think I’ve stuffed myself everyday since I’ve been home and omg 😩 it feels so good. most days I just nap and sleep and let myself get softer. I’m thinking about including weight gain shakes into my everyday diet since I want to hit 500 by next year. How many should I start drinking a day? I’m thinking at least 5?
