It’s a movement that began as a riot, led by a black trans woman, because we all deserve the same opportunities and respect. This month we celebrate those that have paved the way for the rest of us, so we can exist the way we are able to today! We celebrate ourselves and our ability to express who we are freely. We fight for those who are still shamed, still have less rights, and are still being harmed or even killed for expressing their sexuality. I personally have yet to put a label on my sexuality and gender, and as of now, I don’t feel the need to. I prefer she or they pronouns. I am human. I exist. I am valid. You matter and are welcome here regardless of your gender or sexual orientation. I want to make it known that this is a safe space for members of the lgbtq+ community and any hate or disrespect will not be tolerated here. 🏳️🌈♥️💙💜💛💚🧡🤎
