I do a lot of yoga, but I don't lift weights. That's changing though. I've been taking a class at the Y and tonight was the last night. Next up: a commitment to weight-training 2-3 times a week. I honestly like my body just the way it is. 🙂 But I want to get stronger and maintain my muscles.
