Day three of week one of capacity training. Nice big bowl of pasta followed by 2 litres of water. All done in about 25 mins. 10mins in is when it really starts to stretch me. My stomach hurt from the stretch but I kept swallowing the water down. I attempted to drink another glass on top of all that but I was full to the brim. I love how my growing tits rest on my engorged stomach and picking them up relieves the pressure on my belly. All this hard work is going to be worth it when I do my first all day stuffing of 2025.
