Be it a friend, a family member, a partner, a pet, be it through video call or in person. Maybe you have a project you want to spend your time on, or there's a series on your favorite streaming service you wanted to binge, or maybe you prefer your solitude and are just taking it easy.
No matter what you are doing this holiday, nobody wants to feel sad or alone while it seems the world around them is celebrating and joyous.

In some countries, sex work is even considered a subsidized social service for those whose disabilities isolate them from making connections. With the staggering statistics of mental health emergencies and self inflicted tragedy around the holidays, it isn't hard to see where they are coming from with this ideology.
