Making commitments and honoring our word builds integrity.
Recently I have made some intentional commitments to myself of implementing activities to do everyday: 10 pushups, practice yoga poses for 1 minute each, hulahoop to 2 songs. I have been 100% successful in keeping my commitments and honoring my word. 😁 My commitment on my Subscriber account is to post movement activities every Sunday being as naked as I can.
