I have definitely mastered the art of sitting and waiting. 😂😁 Therefore, I am preparing myself mentally to begin regular movement routines. Sunday at 8 a.m., I intend to be LIVE on my paid page for a 30 minute workout. I will be LIVE here, Sunday, about 7:45 a.m., to encourage you and me to move our bodies.
