


Today was filled with a lot of self care. 😁🙏🏾 I ate many times today, consuming a large variety of food. For breakfast I ate whole milk low sugar yogurt and whole grains with berries and banana. For lunch I ate a 3 egg omelette with truffle goat cheese, sunflower sprouts, cilantro nut dip, and cilantro, and whole grain bread slightly fried in coconut oil. As a snack, I ate a slice of sourdough bread with peanut butter, an apple with peanut butter, and part of a brownie fudge cookie with peanut butter. For dinner I had strawberries, salad greens, blue cheese, walnuts, sun dried tomatoes, and cucumber. In the late afternoon and early evening, I purposely walked back and forth on the beach and swam and played in the ocean and waves. Now I am ready to rinse off the sand and salt water. I am intentionally living the life I want. I want to enjoy life while taking care of myself and making myself happy. 😁😁😁
