

Ugh, complete health crash and I’ve realised it’s mostly because I am still - ridiculously - not eating enough 😔 My tummy is big but damn it’s howling and hollow and I lost like 2lb overnight despite everything I ate yesterday 😫 I think I need to be adding in another 1,000 calories a day at least. Just throwing this out there but all tips I receive go straight towards my food budget so if you’re enjoying these daily updates and want to help a belly on its way to supersizing… 😇😂🩵 seriously, I am genuinely beyond grateful for any help with my gaining, and I always send a little thank you afterwards to show off the result of feeding me!
