When I was 19 years old, after 3-4 years of "classic" gym workouts, had around 75kg... Somebody like the form?... Then when I was 20yo, I started more run, and another 3-4 years fall love into half marathons and a lot endurance train, so lost to crazy low 55kg, and finished half marathon in 1:17....

Past 1-2 years did bit less endurance run, but still can kick asses till marathon. Last 6-7 months went back to gym, but in other way then I used to. Nowdays fall love into crossfit, where I can still use great endurance from running, but as well can get back again some muscles. So trying about most functional body, balanced and fit in all ways! Lets try find WAY to fittest man on planet :D!
