Added 2022-05-25 09:42:33 +0000 UTCSo I been training my throat, it's taken years to not gag , I still cough and for a couple years I couldn't pass it down my throat, it would bump into the back wall, but today I finally did, I still cough but didn't gag, I did it 3 times and had to stop cause my throat gets sore so little by little untill I can take it all the way down. 😁😛💦
