I get feedback from only a few core people as it is, so I depend on the anonymous hearts or likes to know whether you're happy with this content or not. I've said it before - if you don't ever comment, like, favourite, or let me know what you like in any way, I'm left feeling like an actor on stage with an audience that won't clap and just sits there in silence. It's awkward and uncomfortable, and makes me wonder if something went wrong. I can't stress this enough, for myself and other performers/models/etc - without some kind of feedback, we stop doing this. We are sharing our bodies, our private lives, our thoughts, dreams, fantasies and ideas, we need some encouragement. You wouldn't perform on stage very long if the audience just sat in silence, would you? Even if they paid to get in? We need feedback, plain and simple. I can't always answer comments as quickly as I'd like, but this isn't about commenting alone. I read and see everything, and even if I can't respond immediately, seeing someone's feedback or even a like can really boost my confidence and desire to create more.
