I have chronic knee issues due to a birth defect with my ligaments, so I didn’t think much of it. As the week went on my knee started to feel worse and moving around got progressively more difficult. By Friday morning I was barely walking and decided to go to the ER. After some imaging, they discovered that I have a torn ligament, arthritis and lots of floating fragments of bone. I will likely need multiple surgeries, but I won’t know for sure until I see an orthopedist. The orthopedist will also hopefully be able to have a leg immobilizer custom made to fit my leg. For the time being I’m on bed rest, which means I am unable to film. I am planning to post a few older full length videos until I’m able to film again, but at the moment I can’t get to my computer. I will be setting up my computer so that I can work from bed ASAP, but need to order an over bed desk first as well as a big pillow to keep me upright. This will likely cost around $400 for both.
