It's Wednesday so we still check in but in red and green!! 😊🎄 Weight is being stubborn (165) and not dropping quickly because I was able to have a free meal for my birthday, my guys birthday, and possibly today. So the cut is being extended for my guess is about 3 more weeks until i'm in the low 160's. Then the push begins. I've already got the drug protocol so I am very excited to watch my strength go back up and hopefully pack on a bit more size before prep begins. Have a great day!!!
