








This weeks check ins were my best in a while. Looking tighter. Weight dropped to 165 from 170. The plan is to do a cut for a few months starting in 2 weeks, then once the fat is down and we are at a good composition to see what areas need improvement we will do a bulking phase. So we can look forward to me looking pretty lean in a couple of months!! Then with bulking comes bigger titties and ass so thats always fun lol!!!
