TIDDY CONSULTATION: I’ve gone to quite a few, and I’ll tell you about one that had me leaving feeling kinda funny and I’ll tell you about 2 that I liked! One of the first ones I did was about 3 years ago. This was a local doctor I found after doing my own research. Before considering even calling facilities, I looked at each doctors gallery in length on the internet so I never went to a consultation for a doctor who made ugly boobs. Although this is the “bad” consultation. At this one, I didn’t talk to the doctor at all..I talked to like an assistant. She had her own boobs done by this doctor & quite frankly I wasn’t in love with her results. It was lame that I didn’t get to talk to a doctor. They didn’t tell me about risks or anything. Just gave me the bra to try different sizes and talked about cost. They quoted me the lowest at about $3900. Another consultation I went to was a doctor I liked a lot. I found him through google and loved his gallery and he’s done TONS of breast augmentations. We talked about risks, we talked about implant types, and we talked about where my scar would be and all that. This was the doctor I almost used yesterday (12th). All around this was a great consultation with great information. The consultation I went to today was great. This was a doctor who had done my friends boobs already and hers are gorgeous. This doctor did everything the previous doctor did, plus more! He actually showed me different profiles and how they might look on my body as well as the negatives of certain profiles for my body type. This doctor was slightly more expensive than the previous one and in general the reason I chose this doctor is because he seemed to have more care for the outcome. We even talked about BII (breast implant illness) and he didn’t feed me bullshit. He was happy to touch on the subject despite BII being widely believed as a fake illness. (Pls look into BII if you’re considering breast augmentation). ADVICE: don’t go to the cheapest doctor, make sure your doctor seems to care about your results, & DONT go to a doctor just because someone says they’re good. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!! GO TO A FEW CONSULTATIONS, not just 1. 😊 The doctor I chose is head of the board although I didn’t choose him for his credentials alone. I chose him because he cares and because he was thorough and his results looked wonderful. I looked through gallery after gallery from different doctors before I even decided to call about a consultation. If you don’t like some of the boobs in the galleries, I would suggest not even bothering with said doctor. Make sure your doctor discusses risks, (capsular contracture, infection..)
