I really want to do some good workout today and maybe Yin yoga at the end of the day. After giving up the gym for many years, I am thinking about to sign up to a local CrossFit gym. That sounds interesting for me only for one reason, as they do workouts in teams and it's quite competing - I love competing😜 One of my friends says he enjoys it so much. Maybe give it a try?
