I ordered my iphone on the 3rd, it was supposed to ship between the 4th and the 8th and be here within three days but it still hasn't shipped, when i call or chat with ATT they dont give me an answer they just tell me to wait it out????? The chat reps pis*s me off the most bc they always say "itll be there tomorrow" and im like??? How will it be here tomorrow if it hasn't even shipped yet, and why do you think it'll be here within the next day if you dont have a tracking number 🙄 i got transferred to a manager and they had the audacity to tell me they had a tracking number and was sending it to my email, and then he left the chat. He sent me the link to my status page...... Which is what i had already been looking at that doesnt tell me anything 💀 that was a week ago. I already regret switching to ATT lmao Im mad bc like they were so quick to take the money out of my account but they cant send me my phone smh I have zero motivation to put out content bc ive put so much money into buying new stuff for content creation this month, like the newest iphone and a giant ringlight and new lingerie and other accessories, but my current phone has such shit quality no matter what and all the pictures and videos i take look so crumby 😤🤕 Anyways, apparently a lot of people have had this problem with ATT and their phones didnt come in for like a whole month after they ordered them, so far in all the posts ive read nobody has a solution other than to just wait. Im super upset 😒 Anywho, rant over. Has anyone else went through this?? Do u know why it happens?? I am ✨aggravated✨ and i know you guys probably are too bc i haven't been posting the good stuff lately 🤕
