The two bodybuilding competitions this past summer kept me from visiting the beach as much as I planned. But, for American's it's always summer in Taiwan (in other words, it's almost always warm enough to hit the beach). So, there's plenty of time to make an ABS in the SAND vid and then you can see how much my ABS have improved since last summer. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼😘
