




Hello MUSCLE FANS. Today was a bicep and forearm workout. I'm working on getting my right bicep bulked up to match the size of my left bicep. I especially enjoyed the forearm curls. I knee beside a flat bench with my hand and wrist hanging over the bench then slowly curl my hand up, flexing my forearm. The negative is even more important, so I slowly return the dumbbell to the start position. Is this workout related to these beach pics? No. LOL. I just want to show you my MUSCLE ASS.
