

I'm BULKING now. Trying to eat as much as I can every day. Don't worry... I'm eating my COMPETITION DIET, so it is CLEAN -- healthful, super-low-fat, super-low-sugar, high-protein and high carbs. I'm about 81~82kg body weight now. I hope I can enlarge my muscle body to 85~90kg. I truly want to show you what I look like at 90kg of MUSCLE wrapped around my body.
