

Bodybuilders have TWO modes. (1) is BULING. We do this between competitions. The goal is to grow muscle as much as possible. (2) is CUTTING. We do this when preparing for a competition. The goal is to keep as much of our muscle while reducing body fat to 3~5 percent. Right now, I'm BULKING. My body weight is about 81kg. I hope to reach 85kg (or 90kg LOL) but not let my body fat exceed 8 percent. Don't be shy. Ask me your muscle and bodybuilding questions. Even questions about steroids are fine.
