


This is my dinner MUSCLE MEAL when I'm preparing for a BODYBUILDING COMPETITION. You can see here: broccoli, chickpeas, black beans, brown rice, sweet potato, chicken breast, and pumpkin. All of those tasty things are steamed to cook them and again for a few minutes to warm them up before I eat. I also add salt, pepper, and crushed fresh ginger. During the dinner meal I'll drink a few glasses of water. I don't mind eating the same thing for dinner everyday. So that's what I do! This is my dinner meal everyday.
