

Burpees are my 'favorite' exercise—they sometimes feel like I’m trying to escape an invisible enemy or like I’ve tripped and am scrambling to get back up, straight out of a comedy movie 🤣 Just imagine watching me from the side!
Even though I’ve been working out for a while, burpees can still kick my butt, and honestly, I probably look like I’m fighting gravity half the time. But you know what? I love it!!!! I’ve also learned not to beat myself up when things get tough—instead, I try to treat my body with care and love 💕
Every movement makes me stronger, not just physically but mentally too. Sure, I’m tired after a workout, but it’s that good kind of tired—my muscles are fired up, my mood is so much better, and I feel on top of the world. These are the moments when I’m truly proud of myself: even if I look a bit silly, I’m doing something that’s good for me and makes me happy 😊
