At such times I feel like nothing can lift my spirits and I start to fall into a kind of routine. So what do I do when that happens? I buy things. Many of you probably know that buying something new feels like an escape from a bad mood. It's like a little gift to yourself that says "it's going to be OK"ππ But I know it's not the healthiest thing to do. It's certainly not a good habit. I know it's a temporary solution to a problem, not a long-term solution. The important thing is that it doesn't become an addiction or a way of avoiding problems. What do you think?
