I've been exploring a key theme this year in my reading - monstrosity & monstrous behaviours and I've just finished reading High Rise by Ballard.
I'd highly recommend if you're at a loose end this year - it's not too long, it's ridiculous and engaging enough to be a real page turner and if you live or have lived in a block of flats I think you'll really enjoy and resonate with the psychology of the protagonists. What's been your best book of 2024?
