

Don’t let the weekend be your weak-end! It’s important to remember to stay active and continue to care for your body every day! I love taking classes on the weekends, going for long walks, outdoor runs, meal prepping, planning my workouts for the upcoming week. It’s okay to take a rest day and indulge in a meal you’ve been craving, a few drinks, etc, but always be mindful of your choices and make a plan to continue to work towards your goals 💪🏼💖
