ohhh, god...I ate too much again. my entire belly is rock hard and protruding out so far...plus, I can hardly contain my--*uuuuuuurp*--gas. Even in public, it's so difficult. I know people turn their heads when they see me scarfing down all the food that i do, and then hardly being able to stop belching afterwards. i have to wait until i get to the car to let it allllllll out. i unbutton my jeans and my whole belly spills out, along with all that *braaaaap* gas. god, it's so rude. i can't believe i let myself gain this much weight--i'm so round now and it's hard to walk up stairs or run at all! I guess---*uuuuuuuuuurp*---i'll have to try to control myself better next time :/
