Added 2022-05-16 01:06:22 +0000 UTCTalking about connection while I paint my toenails 💙⭐️ I think something I missed in what I said here, something really important, is that throughout the process of discovering ways to connect, it is crucial to be incredibly self-compassionate and kind to yourself, and very very patient with yourself. I’m sure I’ll touch on this at some future point with other topics, but I wanted to add it here because it can take a long time to build on what you’ve got. I still often feel lonely and disconnected even though I work on it all the time, but I have noticed significant progress as the months and years go on. Please feel free to comment on this post with anything you may have to say or ask about this conversation, and also let me know if you would like to see me talk more about this kind of stuff 😊 I really enjoyed this.
