I learned about it from the anime called The Royal Tutor~ I love making them at my parents with their espresso machine (~￣³￣)~ Espresso with tons of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top! Back in the day, carriage drivers would drink it and the cream would keep the beverage warm while driving (or something like that)
