Wednesday in particular was very hard, as someone in my immediate family had an accident. This led me to immediately step away from my online life so that I could be present with my family. I think for me, when life gets heavy, I tend to really focus on not only my mental/physical wellbeing, but that of those around me. Which I know, can feel hard for you guys. Because *hiiii hello rose, why are you ignoring me???* *whereeee is that content, rose??* I promise you, I am not ignoring you. Life has been large and rather demanding of my time and energy, and I just have not felt resourced enough to do really anything other than what was immediately in front of me. Caretake, eat, sleep, repeat. I always feel a little out of place being candid with you all, as I feel like there is a certain expectation to maintain a fantasy, buuut I hope you all can be patient and gentle with me while I am processing. I think our culture, being very productivity focused, has a hard time being open and understanding to people really needing time/space in crisis. I know for most of my regs, I trust you all, and know that you guys are in my corner always. For that, thank you. For everyone else, remember I am a whole, real, living person, not a product. I value your patronage, support, alllllll the feels AND I am but a mere mortal. I am logging on rn for the first time in a few days, and will be in the office queuing up content, responding to DMs, and sending out purchased content. I will say that my heart is feeling really full seeing all the tips, purchases, and love notes. I'm making my second cup of coffee and about to sit down and go through everything. Anyways, big big lessons are the ones that I am learning. Life is fragile, and precious. Drink some water, call your loved ones, and make space to be a little kinder to yourself and others.
