Some of you know me from Tiktok and have seen our pup Luci grow up from a small ball of fur to the almost 90 lbs of sweetness that he is today. Earlier today Luci was shot by someone in our area. I rushed him to the vet and they got him in to emergency care. At this point it's still come or go on whether or not he will survive. Here's what we currently know: The bullet went straight through and did not seem to leave any fragments: It pierced his lung and it is currently full of bl00d (they have managed to stem it for now: it missed his heart but only just: he is on antibiotics, steroids, and pain killers. And they are hopeful that he does not need surgery. He is at the vets overnight. We are on watch right now and if he makes it through the night there is a good chance he comes home. Right now there is nothing else we can do but wait. 💞 Love the Lux Family💞
