I think a lot of us carry more weight around this than we should. 🩷 I believe that desire is sacred. ✨ what makes us feel good should never be demonized. It’s only when we use it as a distraction from going within and facing our sadness or anger or loneliness.
Are you running from something? You can’t push it down with sex or work or whatever else you’re using to fill the hole. Be still, get quiet, and feel. It’s hard but it’s worth it.
