I must say it’s been extremely disappointing receiving some of your messages today about my lack of responses / not being as active. If I want to have 5/6 hours off from my phone / social media to spend time with friends and family around Xmas then I absolutely will do so and I will not be made to feel guilty about this. Anyone sending these sort of comments will be blocked immediately regardless of time spent on my page.
