NY Rick came over one day early last month to help me warm up before returning to Krav. I had been off a few months due to my oral surgery. It felt good hitting pads again.
There’s no nudity or sexual activity in this video, just basic Krav Maga to warm me up. Of course I thanked him with a hand and foot job - to be released tonight.
