To be honest when I was a kid, teenager and even when I was in college, I would not get 'dirty.' Touching dirt, mud or even sand at the beach triggered an emotional reaction of disgust and grossness. I have done healing work to transcend these limiting beliefs that feared 'getting dirty' or thought that doing so was wrong. I'm currently more in touch with nature than I have ever been. I love the Earth. I love playing with her. I love growing, expanding and evolving into my authentic expression. Much gratitude to those around me who have supported me on this journey. 💗
