Guess what's in my mouth? 🤭 It's a pelmeni - a slavic traditional dish that we've cooked for centuries now here! It's basically dough with a certain filling, it could be anything really - shrooms, fish, meat or veggies! 🥒🥩🍄🟫 Recently I visited a pelmeni-specialised cafe in our town, their cooking skills were marvellous! These were probably the best pelmeni I've had in a long time! This cafe supports our local eco farms, and that's why the dishes turn out very authentic with a very natural taste, hard to find these days!! 🍃 Do you tend to support local suppliers as well, or does speed and convenience matter more when buying something?
