After all, the environment has a great influence on our thoughts and lives, not just on our presence on social media.
❗️My rule: if there are people nearby who undermine my confidence, enthusiasm, extinguish the inner fire, and belief in myself - I simply leave such an environment or minimize communication. Because it's foolish to fight with tigers in a cage; you need to get out of that cage as quickly as possible!
