This is something that seems obvious but I had never really investigated before. You may remember my previous article about increasing your load size, but I didn't say anything about HGH, aka Human Growth Hormone. I still follow the full maximum load regimen daily, but for 6 weeks now I have been taking 5iu of hgh per day. I take 2.5iu first thing when I wake in the morning and then another 2.5iu immediately before going to sleep at night.
While the effects of HGH causing increased sperm production and fertility are well known, I haven't seen many discussions about increased ejaculate volume.
Anecdotally, I can report that currently my volume is about 50% to 100% larger than before HGH. I have been previously diagnosed with hyperspermia and my volume normally is around 10ml to 15ml, with supplements and hydration and ejaculating 3 to 5 times a day. Abstaining and edging will of course increase that volume to around 20ml. I need to do more testing but it appears that with the full cum stack regimen AND HGH my normal volume is around 15ml to 30ml. I need to abstain and really build up a big load and see what the maximum is now. I'm going to try to do this next week.
