Water! Overweight? Drink water instead of your usual drink. Got a cramp? See if youβre thirsty! Constipated? Your intestines needs some lubrication! Dry pussy? Hydrate yoβself! Lol there are so many things that we label as disorders or problems when the reality is that most of us arenβt getting enough water in our systems without all the sugar, caffeine, carbs, whatever.
