Imma just be honest & say my confidence has been low. I started this account as a way to build my self esteem so , why is it having the opposite effect? & I’ve thought about it & really it’s just my mindset. I’ve been comparing myself to others for so long that I see their beauty & believe that mine doesn’t exist. So toxic 😞 I’m over that. I just wanna appreciate others as works of art, different expressions of the Earth’s imagination. Ram Dass said that when we see trees, we just appreciate them & all their peculiarities, no judgements & no comparison . So why don’t we start to view people that way? As trees, or unique phenomena of the universe?
