I have a lot of respect to those having the courage to shape their bodies and get such big breast implants. But to be honest, in my experience, once you reach certain size (big but not huge), going further and even to extreme sizes does not bring too many additional problems. I don't understand those that have the opportunity to go really huge but settle on "big, but not standing out of the crowd". Most serious problems can be solved with back training. And the rest of the problems is quite the same regardless whether you are just big or enormous. And they tend to be funny hassles that are actually enjoyable as they are constant reminders of what you've achieved. And I'm writing this after wearing this for months, so novelty wore off long time ago. And I still love it!
