There is a lot I have in mind and I will make sure you can join me in the process and will be able to shape my next steps! And to make you happy, I'm currently searching to buy an apartment that could serve as a proper studio. Oh my, I had a funny story with this. I was inspecting several apartments and always took exact measurements of dimensions of the rooms. The real estate agent was very confused and asked why am I looking for such details and such big rooms when I'm looking for it alone. I told him it's because I want to use it as a photo studio. He asked whether it's for professional work (which could be problematic for this kind of contract). And I told him: "Oh, it's just a hobby!" The thing is, in czech language, the word for hobby ("koníček") is the same as an affectionate form of word for a horse! :-D
