Added 2023-12-29 13:05:51 +0000 UTCI am up and ready to tackle the world today! Yesterday, I made the hard choice to keep our Indiana guys updated on the office delay with some motor clubs. It was hard because I didn’t want to disappoint them. They were awesome though, they messaged me telling me what a wonderful boss I was for always being open with them and we came up with a plan to keep the launch a success while waiting for all the motor clubs to get us in the system for the new area. I had a wonderful interview with an awesome guy who will be joining our Kansas City Team. But before I could finish the hiring process I had to back the guys up with a dangerous highway call. The day prior was a 17 hour shift, yesterday was 11.5 hours. I definitely believe you have to do what it takes to get a newer company up and going.
