They suspended our expansion plans because our call acceptance rate dropped when we lost our family member. I tried to explain but they didn’t want to hear excuses about family passing away, it was bs. Thankfully I’ve learned my lesson, have coverage come hell or high water dead or alive. Today I am working on a plan for better coverage and a plan b to assure call volume for our new expansion
