Bringing you into my life behind closed doors… I have made significant progress learning to structure organizations so they accomplish goals. The SECRET is to find the most basic cycle of action you want to accomplish. By cycle of action I mean Start-Change-Stop something. With TheBreTV that is Film Content - Edit Content - Post Content. That is our most basic Cycle of Action. Deeper than that lies the meaning behind it, a deeper purpose we have to inspire people, and see a better world. And to do those things requires cooperation from the general public PR, Sales from businesses deals to raise funds and further reach, events planning to get out there and raise awareness, story producers, editors, SEO people to help us get our videos seen, accountants, attorneys for the hate on and on it goes…. This is where it seems complicated and in some ways is. The answer is to structure the organization around the basic cycle of action and that is what I have done! I have hired 3 Executive Staff for TheBreTV BCO-ES (TheBreTV Communications Office Executive Secretary) I am taking this position. It handles the Film Production, Story Producing, general day to day management, accounting legal and so forth. OEC (Organization Executive Secretary) he will handle everything revolving around editing what we film and produce. Also quality control of the content. Under him is 1 full time Employee who edits videos. PEC (Public Executive Secretary) She will handle Posting content that’s produced, tacking analytics, everything public relations to see what subscribers like best and event planning as well as new ideas for videos. These 3 branches complete that basic cycle Film - Edit - Post Content. From there we can build sub departments underneath those branches to help them handle their part in the cycle of action. Doing it this way, you can run an enormous organization with 1,000 daily tasks by organizing them within the branches. The key is Quality Control at every corner. If someone is not double checking the weak points of the company, this is where you will find people being treated badly and the corporate machine making people nothing more than a number. This will be one of our biggest focal points to assure this never happens with my companies. We are not Numbers, we are people all trying to complete a cycle of action together so everyone wins.
