The very next day I bought aspirin, nitric oxide and diurex. I switched to water, exercise 5 days a week, count my calories, and even weigh my food. Committed to being here for my kids. I’m all they’ve ever had. No day is promised. But I’m choosing to extend mine for as long as God will allow.
